Our pies, are custom made for you, when you order they are made fresh with honest ingredients. We don’t have a store-front, this is why we ask you to call ahead to make sure we have your order ready and a pie/s to get picked up or delivered.
The other thing we do is grade each pie like a bottle of wine, from 1 to 10. One being the tart and the 10 the sweetest. Most of our pies range from 2 to 8. The wine pies are usually a 2, as we don’t add any sugar to them. we figure that the fruit should be sweet enough, if not, add some ice cream and whipped cream. People who are conscious about their sugar intake, Love the Wine Pies.
When you get to the Beer and Spirit pies, they tend to be sweeter in the range of 6 to 8. The sweetner we use is Agave, trying out Coconut Agave. Honey, hasn’t worked that well as a stand alone. We use Organic ingredients as much as possible.
Enjoy our pies, tell your friends – we’ll shower you some Love!!
