When Sedona Pies first got started I did the usual things that speciality food companies do. I had many successes and many not so successes. I got to learn what works and doesn’t for Sedona Pies. I had many people say to me, you don’t realize what I have. In some aspect I did and some aspect I didn’t.

Now 2018, we are more focused on being an appreciation gift or in the Thank you business. Everyone that I know likes to be appreciated, including me. So why is it that some of us are resistant to sending Thank you gifts? Some think saying “Thank you for your business is enough.” To be memorable we have to be and do more to those we serve or want to serve.
