Indie Go Go – Fundraiser

We believe that every company needs a cause – ours is “Feeding the hungry one pie at a time.” In order to create a better world, we are creating a better company.” Our Social Good cause is the Feed America and other Food Banks, that’s why we feed the hungry one pie at a time:
* 1% of our profits goes into feeding the hungry.
* Work and learn program to teach employees how to become an entrepreneur in the pie business
* Become a leader in creating a compassionate business
* To create jobs for people at risk

We are an artisan bakery creating some awesome pies, they are gourmet and healthy. The founder and chief creator and baker is Mari-Lyn Harris aka The Pie Princess…Who’s talking about pies? The Pie Princess is along with her fans.

Since I love to bake, I started doing some baking of pies and muffins and shared them with friends and neighbors. They were ecstatic and said what I made was very delicious. And I ought to go into the pie business.

By seeking some help and assistance to help me get ready to build a bakery to host the school, to create jobs in the local area of AZ. With your help in assisting me, I will be able to get started to initiate my own capital campaign fund to provide the initial seed money to purchase equipment, pay for UPC codes, marketing, packaging, trade secret my recipes, to get my paperwork together to go for VC’s to raise more money to build a bakery. As of yet, I don’t have a building to bake out of, eventually I will. Baking at home, taking orders is what I have been doing up to this point.

The Impact

As a community oriented business we are gaining popularity – people from the UK, Canada, East USA want to buy my pies, however, the shipping and packaging needs to be resolved along with the distribution in order to deliver world wide. Right now, I need $10,000 to help me to get to the place where a distribution channel can be found and the marketing strategy can be created to help me to expanded to other markets. The money will be used for:

Marketing & packaging to get ready for shipping
Permits, UPC codes and ten nutritional labels
To build a location to bake, teach and expand
To attend some classes to help me to take Sedona Pies to the next level
