Come celebrate with us along with other funded Entrepreneurs at Kiva’s San Jose & Peninsula Launch Party. Sedona Pies will be featured.
It’s an evening celebrating the region’s small business owners. From your favorite fruit stand in San Jose to a daycare in Redwood City, neighborhood businesses who bring diversity and character to our communities. We are proud to support local entrepreneurs with 0% interest loans.

Since we were in the Wine & Food Festival, sponsored by the Silicon Valley Concierge Assn., we have become much more known in our community. I thank all those who tasted our pies and have been bragging about us.
Recently, we participated in the SJMade Fall Festival, it was the first time that I went into this event. I have enjoyed working with Kevin. They are also working with the city of Fremont to create a evening to celebrate the launch of the new city hall area.
Working with the Fair Trade group of have a Bake Sale on Sunday, October 29th. To showcase the farmers, the producers and the value-added bakers. The details haven’t been worked out yet.. I’ll create a page in which you can register and participate. Need a location, etc. My goal is to have 10% of the bake sales to go to a Food Fund for the victims from the forest fires in Northern California.
Fair Trade Month is a national celebration of fair trade as a contributor to the global fight against poverty, climate change and economic crises. It’s an opportunity to learn more and share why fair trade exists – to improve the lives of farmers and workers and do business better.
During Fair Trade Month, Fairtrade America will hold a number of events, contests and more to promote fair trade ideals. We work with community groups, NGOs, local cooperatives, congregations and students, acknowledging the power in each of us to make lasting change for a fairer global economic system.
