3 Ingredients to Inspire People

posted in Blog 0

3 Ingredients to inspire people, maybe a couple more..to have more fun in life and at work. I’ve heard that people are only interested in freedom and money.

Not really sure if this is true or not.. the 3 ingredients I am talking about are pie, coffee and conversations. There are many things that I am concerned about, just as many people are, one is about having a kinder culture in business.

Given the idea is to inspire people is to have a better connection with each other, since we typically spent a lot of time together and we may not always agree.

Why not gather together for a conversation cafe?

I’ll bring the pie, coffee and I’ll facilitate a conversation. Topics can be your choice or I’ll bring the topic to discuss. Topics don’t even have to be about work, it’s the idea to listen, talk and share.

Give this some thought about doing this in January 2020 and onward. Give the gift of having a happier, collaborative workplace.

Pies, I said I would write about flavors.. Italian Euphoria came up. The whole idea of the names was to name them different as they all are uniquely different. It was to fuse spirits, Love with other ingredients, people cook with wine & beer etc why not just make a food product like desserts. Pies, came to be. (I just not much into cake.)

Brownies yes! Never turn down a homemade brownie.

Given that the pies were developed and launched in Sedona – they became Sedona Pies. Italian Euphoria, was a flavor a take off from the Tequila pie.. which was named Delicious – everyone just said it was delicious. The name stuck! Sometimes it’s good to be stuck, good things come out of being stuck.

Amaretto (Italian for “a little bitter”) is a sweet Italian liqueur that originated in SaronnoItaly. While originally flavoured from bitter almonds, various modern commercial brands are prepared from a base of apricot stones, peach stones, or almonds, all of which are natural sources of the benzaldehyde that provides the principal almond-like flavour of the liqueur.” According to Wiki.

With Almonds or pecans and dark organic chocolate, blends really well together. Amaretto is sweet, mixed with Agave and dark organic chocolate, the sweetness #9. The higher the number the sweeter the pies are.

One of the questions, I am getting is why the spirits? Can I have a pie without the spirits? I’ve always been hesitant of making a non-spirited pie. Yes you can, I just will need to find a different flavor to add to bring about the taste, i.e. Amaretto.

Are the spirits are safe for children? It depends upon how old the child is. I leave the decision up to the parent. I found an article that will bring you up to date about cooking or baking with alcohol. As they don’t completely burn off.

Until next time,
