A Little Inspiration to Uplift You

posted in Blog 0

A Little Inspiration to Uplift You, is about giving you some inspired actions for you and your organization. Don’t let the past dictate your future.

Inspiring organizational cultures, is based on a book that I am reading, written by Kimberly Wiefling.

The book itself is a short read, it gives you actionable steps to take to really creating the kind of culture that you want to have.

Here’s one: “If you want to create a better future for your organization, shape your destiny. Don’t let the past dictate your future.

If you are ready or know someone who may be ready to have a more fulfilling life or just need a little more inspiration.. have them join in at the “Kindness Matters Conference.” Accepting donations for being a part of the conference for the 3 days.. 20+ speakers sharing how kindness matters to them. Other quotes, what makes you smile?

Who knows maybe you discover a few aha’s or inspirations to help you to discover a greater purpose or change the DNA of your organization.

If you would like to know more about Kimberly, you can watch our interview together.

Know that You are Enough, of all who you are right now and where you are. We all have gifts to share. What can you share? Kimberly, speaks about the DNA of an organization. I was thinking, what about the DNA of individuals? We too, are successful when we know what we stand for, our purpose, our passions and intentions.

Here’s one for you: “DNA is The fundamental and distinctive characteristics or qualities of someone or something, especially when regarded as unchangeable:diversity is part of the company’s DNA | men just don’t get shopping—it’s not in our DNA.” However you do have the opportunity to change it.
