What size are the pies?

We have currently two sizes, 5-inch and 10- inch.

How many slices can you get from one pie?

The 5-inch pie serves one or two people.

The 10-inch serves eight or more.

What is the shelf life of a Sedona pie?
Sedona Pies will remain fresh for 14 days. Some bakers’ pies will last longer, but we don’t believe in adding preservatives to our healthy gourmet offerings.

Can pies be frozen?
We do offer frozen pies..they are delivered with baking instructions. Ladies, this is a good time to impress your guy..get to his Heart through his stomach.. Bake him a pie. You don’t even have to tell him you didn’t make it.

You can freeze a pie after it’s baked, however please note that alcohol does not freeze, so it will rise to the top. The pie is still good.

How are the pies shipped?
Via FEDEX. Overnight. Door to Door. The reason is, we want you to enjoy your pies. If they are delivered in a mail box you may not know that they are there. (this has happened once already) We DO NOT MAIL them. If you are not able to be home when they arrive – please ask a neighbor to receive them, otherwise they will be returned to FEDEX, spoiled.

Local delivery is available for an extra charge.

Is my personal information kept confidential?

Yes the credit card number is not retained in our system, and we do not sell any of your information. That’s Our Promise! Please read our Privacy Policy.
Do you ship to the military?
It is something we’ll need to work on. Currently, it is not offered, unless there is a physical address. Once the pies are shipped and delivered they need to be put in the fridge.

When can I expect to receive my order?

When do you want it? We ask for a 24 hr notice, upon ordering. Shorter turn around times will be charged extra. Once your order is ready we will call you.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

Yes, you cannot place an order without creating an account. You must use a valid e-mail address to be available to receive your e-mail confirmation of the order. Valid billing, information and valid telephone numbers. We may need to contact you in case there is a problem.

What happens if I don’t have an e-mail address?

You must enter an e-mail address like yourname @sedonapies.com with a password. If you have a Verified Pay Pal Account, they will have your information.

Do you offer discounts for large volume orders?
Please contact us during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 9:00 am-4:00pm Pacific Time or on the website contact page to inquire. We do offer Wholesale orders – with a minimum order.

What are the ingredients in your products?

We only use honest and freshest ingredients. organic enriched wheat flour, gluten free is available, maple syrup, Agave, eggs, vegetable shortening, butter, salt, water, tapioca flour, fruit, nuts, wine, beer or spirits. We use Bob Mill’s at the moment. We buy from local producers as much as possible.

Ordering Wedding Pies or Special Occasions

How far in advance should you order your pie?

Two weeks, it depends upon how busy we get and the time of the year. I would recommend that you call us for an appointment so we can discuss your options if you want to order for a Wedding or your fundraiser.

How much pie should I order?
The 10″ will serve 8 people. You also have the option in serving tartlets as well. (special order) It will depend upon the number of people you will be serving at your party.

Have a limited budget?
It’s best to discuss what you have set for your budget, so we will be able to show you what is available and will work for you and your budget.

Can I have a Themed Pie?
All our pies are customized to your theme, colors and tastes. Each recipe is designed with you in mind.

Where do we deliver to?
Anywhere in USA, delivery charges are extra and will be shipped via FEDEX or UPS.

What do you do to Pay it Forward in the community?
5% of our profit are donated to local food pantries and community gardens.
