I want to promote you, why? Most of us in Food Services have been suffering for a while now, courageous people are starting up again. Support will go a long way.
Here’s my proposal, I already sent out a few notices about my idea.. not everyone came back to say they are returning or they have moved onto other things. However, there are a few of us who can help you.
Do you have content, like announcements, events coming up, articles that you would like more exposure for? Press releases?
Send them to me and since I have changed Sedona Pies into more of a food magazine I’ll start adding what you send me to the site. Would you be interested in being a contributor to the mag? If so I’ll add your headshot and your short bio to the section you want to be in charge of.
Yes, Valerie Hail contributes a blog post every month, there’s no reason why I couldn’t have more wine writers.
Right now I post every week by Tuesday.. as the newsletter goes out by Wednesday pm. It would be great to increase the content and audience, they will know more about you and what you have to offer.
Besides your announcements, events etc, would like topics about wine, spirits, happenings about food policies, changes that perhaps we need to know about. Your stories about your struggles, as we all have them. A simple struggle, will likely help someone else to overcome or be willing to share their story.. even a great story of success.
As we all just want to have fun, that’s not just for girls!

Do you know someone who should present at the Food Investor Fair? Sponsored by the Slow Money. Do you know who is seeking investments for a food or agr business with impact?
The website is having a Critical Error, (as I am writing this, I told them) if you try later to get more information https://slowmoneynorcal.org
Slow Money, is a 5013 non-profit organization based in Boulder, CO it has had considerable early impact pursuing its mission: “To catalyze the flow of capital to local food enterprises and organic farms, connecting investors to the places where they live and “bringing money back down to earth.“
Through their national gatherings, regional events and local activities, over $40 million has been invested into more than 400 small food enterprises around the United States.
Pre-COVID hundred of us would gather at food events, to get to know our fellow makers, hear what was new, learn about what was happening.
