We’ve added a Rhubarb & Strawberry Pie to the family at Sedona Pies. Made with Rose wine, Rhubarb, Strawberries and Vino Cotto. (it’s a wine syrup) It’s delicious! An excellent balance of the sweetness of strawberries and the tartness of rhubarb, with the wine providing a subtle flavor that both enhances and brings the flavors together as a whole.
