Spirited pies are made with spirits like Tequila, Amaretto, Rum, Cannella and Limoncello and any other special choices you can make up.
Each pie is graded like a bottle of wine so you will know how sweet the pie is. It goes from 0 which is tart to 10 which is very sweet. After many experimentations, we still have our favorites.
