The Great Recipes of Life

The Great Recipes of Life not only include great food recipes, it also includes things that help us to grow. Are we being congruent or being how we say we are?

Sometimes one needs to look at oneself to see how we need to communicate better, how we show up are we being congruent or being how we say we are? Are we being Kind to ourselves and other people?

I wasn’t sure if I should write this kind of post on Sedona Pies, I’ve been doing some inner work as I am sure many of you are doing. Where can you just be at home, re-discovering what you enjoy to do, with an excuse. You don’t have to make up one..

Of course for myself and a few friends, we agree that it’s been a great time, resting, writing, watching shows I would normally not watch, take a class or two – have lots of time.

After closing Sedona Pies, when COVID was just hitting, like many other food companies and restaurants.. business was a little uncertain. I asked myself what’s next? What do you want to do now?

Decided to go back into the Kindness business, even though I was using the pies as a vehicle for kindness.. I returned to what I was pioneering in 2001. Kindness in Business. Back then I did a lot of speaking, workshops and consulting.. it’s not necessarily how I wanted to do it today.. I began my Podcast about “Creating an Impactful Legacy.”

What does this mean? To create an impressive, meaningful, powerful experiences, leaving legacy of kindness that makes a difference in relationships, building communities and inspiring the human spirit.”

Then, I put together the first Virtual Kindness@Work Conference – calling it Kindness Matters. That was in July 2020. 22 speakers in 3 days…

Most of you know that when you have one event, before it’s over you let people know what’s next. In November, I scheduled another one.. it didn’t quite work out – as it was the elections, Thanksgiving, Christmas and I was having a personal challenge my computer and ID was stolen. The date was moved up to this week.

Learn about the Great Recipes of Life like Kindness and how it plays a role in our everyday life.

January 26-28th, 2021

Here’s where you come in.. you get to experience the aha’s, the little lessons, learning from someone else.. and enjoy the Kindness@Work Conference for 2 days.. Your 2 days are a gift from me. If you want to know who is speaking.. then go to https://kindnessatwork.us.

My intention of creating the Kindness@Work Conferences, is to present different ideas in which we all have the power to make the changes individually and as leaders in our own workplaces.  Brand ourselves as Kindness Officers..or Ambassadors.

Our workplaces seem to be under siege for a wide variety of topics that we never had to deal with before. How are we creating healthy workplaces now?

Our speakers will address some of the issues they find that are necessary to keep, change and merge or adopt other ideas to create a healthy and productive workplace.
